*To reserve La Churroteka’s churro truck, book at least four months in advance by contacting us. Please include your event date, location, guest count, and preferred start time (two-hour minimum). A 15% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking; after payment, we’ll send your invoice or contract based on your preference. All bookings are handled exclusively by email for a smooth process — contact us early to save your date!

La Churroteka began with a simple idea: to create something of my own that would bring me joy and keep me connected to my roots. Growing up around family businesses taught me the value of hard work, community, and tradition. After moving to the United States, I spent years searching for something that truly fulfilled me.
I kept coming back to the memories of street fairs, the warmth of family gatherings, and the simple happiness of sharing fresh churros. In 2016, with the support of my husband and children, we decided to take a leap of faith and start La Churroteka as a family project. Every churro we serve today carries a piece of that dream, made with passion, dedication, and love.
